DATS Project, a well-known cybersecurity service provider specializing in decentralized public incentive networks (DePIN), has recently announced its partnership with the peaqosystem. The objective of this collaboration is to revolutionize cybersecurity by harnessing the power of decentralized blockchain technology.
In today’s digital landscape, cybersecurity remains a major concern for individuals and organizations alike. With the increasing prevalence of cyber threats, there is a pressing need for innovative solutions that can effectively counter the scale and sophistication of modern-day attacks.
Joining the peaqosystem is a significant milestone for DATS Project and a crucial step towards achieving their goals. By utilizing the potential of decentralized networks, DATS Project aims to empower users to combat cyber threats while also rewarding them for their contributions.
Welcome to the peaqosystem, @DATSProject!

Currently, DATS Project boasts an impressive infrastructure comprising 1,184 computers with 7,562 CPU cores and a combined bandwidth of 48,008 Mbps. This robust setup allows them to simulate and defend against various cyber attacks, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, decentralized vulnerability scanning, and threat intelligence collection.
The integration with the peaqosystem involves integrating DATS Project’s desktop application with the peaq mainnet, deploying core logic through smart contracts. This integration will facilitate NFT minting, resource allocation management, and rewards distribution via a dedicated decentralized application (dApp) on the peaq network. Additionally, DATS Project plans to mint its native token on peaq, enabling community-driven governance and ownership within its ecosystem.
Serkan Bilen, co-founder of DATS Project, expressed his enthusiasm for the DePIN model, stating that it provides cybersecurity providers with the scalability and capacity that are only achievable in Web3. He further highlighted that peaq, as the home of DePIN, offers the fundamental elements, growth potential, and DePIN-specific functionalities that no other layer-1 can match. Bilen eagerly anticipates leveraging peaq’s Modular DePIN Functions to enhance cybersecurity and make the internet safer for everyone.
Till Wendler, co-founder of peaq, emphasized the broader impact of integrating Web3 technologies into cybersecurity. He believes that the transparency and scaling capabilities of Web3 can greatly benefit the cybersecurity industry. Wendler expressed excitement about DATS Project utilizing peaq as the layer-1 for their DePIN, transforming the market through community ownership and decentralization.
The integration of DATS Project into the peaqosystem signifies a significant moment for cybersecurity, bridging the gap between decentralized technology and real-world security challenges. By empowering users to contribute their computing power, DATS Project aims to build a more secure digital future for all.
