MicroBT Set to Launch WhatsMiner M6XS+ Series to Drive Green Mining Forward
An in-depth blog post was released by the company, shedding light on the features of these cutting-edge machines. According to MicroBT, the new mining models come equipped with air-cooling, immersion-cooling, and hydro-cooling capabilities. Dr. Zuoxing Yang, the CEO and founder of MicroBT, emphasized the advancements being made in the realm of green mining. Dr. Yang highlighted the pivotal role that solar mining is set to play.
He went on to suggest that the electricity costs associated with solar-powered mining could drop to as low as 4 cents per kWh by the year 2026. This significant reduction has the potential to remove a major obstacle for the mining industry looking to transition to solar energy. MicroBT has solidified its position in solar mining through the optimization of miner frequency.
Furthermore, the company has successfully carried out a 100 kW pilot project in this field. The unveiling of the latest WhatsMiner solar miner by MicroBT is aimed at attracting industry partners to join in the solar-powered mining initiative. Dr. Yang also highlighted the impressive outlet water temperature of around 80℃, making it a standout feature in the market.
